I respect your privacy and any data that I collect are handled with the utmost care and safety.

Information I collect and use of your data

I collect information based on consent, either by you directly providing me with your information when purchasing any services or programmes, by subscribing to my newsletter, by signing up to any memberships (free or paid), or by completing any contact form on the website.

Personal data include your first and last name and email address. Depending on the nature of the service you are purchasing, you may provide me with more information that can include data about your physical condition and abilities. Any information that is gathered, is for the use and provision of the service purchased.

I do not share, sell or rent any data to third parties.

Email policy

When signing up on any of my programmes, courses, or memberships via MemberSpace, you will automatically be signed up to my newsletter and the following applies.

When subscribing to my newsletter, you are giving me consent to email you with any updates, news or offers of my services and/or relevant promotional or advertising material.

I am using a third-party mailing provider MailerLite, where I can also gather statistics about email opening and link clicks. For more information, please read their privacy notice below.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either by clicking on the link in a newsletter email or emailing me directly at korina@amorphouswellbeing.com

Third-party integrations

I use third-party integrations in order to provide you with some of my services, to deliver my newsletter and to process online payments.

The website is hosted on SquareSpace and the membership platform is provided in combination with MemberSpace. Online payments are processed via Stripe.

Cookie policy

Cookies are small files that are stored in your computer and record how you move your way around a website so that, when you revisit that website, it can present tailored options based on the information stored about your last visit. I have taken all precautions to store your data safely using third-party accounts that are password protected.

In general, I hold data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes I collected it for in addition to tax and business reasons. When your personal data is no longer needed, it will be safely destroyed or deleted.

I reserve the right to change parts of the privacy policy at any time. I will seek your consent if necessary for the changes. Otherwise, updates will be published on the website.
