The amorphous journey is a bespoke 1 to 1 programme to support you in your unique multi-layered self and bring awareness to you as a whole. We’ll spend our time together weaving different practices to delve deep so you can bring more understanding to all aspects of yourself and start crafting a life bespoke to you.
With gentle guidance and loving honesty, I’ll help you navigate your current circumstances so you can break through limiting patterns and beliefs and uncover a more aligned version of yourself, and show up in your life as your authentic self.
We are going to work with all layers of our existence in a unique combination that will allow you to see the bigger picture of your life and start living with joy and a sense of purpose.

Through my own journey I have found how important it is to work on different aspects of ourselves if we are to bring true and sustainable well-being in our lives. In this journey we will be working to create physical freedom, emotional balance and mental clarity. In all the years of my movement practices and teaching I have observed how the body is a living representation of who we are, our past experiences, our emotional states. Movement is a powerful tool to clear stagnated energy in the body and by working specifically on a physical level with functional anatomical approaches and inclusive language, we can achieve great results, but that is not all. Our human bodies after all are 99.9% space! How can we bring a holistic approach if we are not to look at our mental, emotional and spiritual aspects?
As we work on our physical bodies to create space, we will experience more space in our minds and as our minds have more clarity, we will experience emotional clarity. As we experience emotional clarity, we connect more to our intuition and our spiritual self. By cultivating this way of living, by expanding in this spaciousness and taking action from that place, we are able to experience and embody transformation.
